Requirements
- 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
- Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments
- Strong Azure administration experience across compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure services
- Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Conditional Access, and identity management
- PowerShell scripting and automation experience
- Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
- VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration experience
- Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, ideally Veeam Backup & Replication
- Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching
- Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
- Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
- Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders
Desired Skills & Experience
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
- Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification
- Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification
- VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
- Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
- Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, Information Protection, and eDiscovery
- Experience with Cisco technologies including UCS, Meraki, ISE, and Secure Access
- Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
- Experience with SQL Server administration and performance tuning
- Familiarity with SIEM and vulnerability management platforms
- Experience supporting CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and DoD compliance requirements
- Prior experience within regulated government contracting, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
