Requirements

  • 5+ years administering Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Microsoft Entra ID
  • Experience supporting Microsoft 365 GCC High environments
  • Strong Azure administration experience across compute, networking, storage, and infrastructure services
  • Expertise with Microsoft Entra ID, Active Directory, Group Policy, Conditional Access, and identity management
  • PowerShell scripting and automation experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and endpoint management
  • VMware vSphere and/or Microsoft Hyper-V administration experience
  • Knowledge of backup and disaster recovery solutions, ideally Veeam Backup & Replication
  • Strong networking fundamentals including DNS, DHCP, VPNs, firewalls, routing, and switching
  • Experience supporting hybrid cloud and on-premises infrastructure environments
  • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and root cause analysis skills
  • Excellent communication skills with both technical and business stakeholders

  • Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate
  • Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator certification
  • Microsoft Identity and Access Administrator certification
  • VMware Certified Professional (VCP)
  • Veeam Certified Engineer (VMCE)
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender, Purview, DLP, Information Protection, and eDiscovery
  • Experience with Cisco technologies including UCS, Meraki, ISE, and Secure Access
  • Exposure to Azure Virtual Desktop solutions
  • Experience with SQL Server administration and performance tuning
  • Familiarity with SIEM and vulnerability management platforms
  • Experience supporting CMMC Level 2, NIST 800-171, and DoD compliance requirements
  • Prior experience within regulated government contracting, aerospace, defense, or manufacturing environments, Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis now and in the future.
