Requirements

Seeking a Senior Contact Center Engineer to lead the implementation of Epic Cheers with NovelVox CTI integration in a Cisco UCCX environment. This is a high-visibility project requiring someone with direct implementation experience who can contribute immediately while mentoring junior engineers. Key Requirements

7+ years of contact center engineering experience (flexible with strong NovelVox experience).
Hands-on experience with NovelVox (or comparable CTI integration), Cisco UCCX, and Cisco Finesse.
Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading implementations.
Bachelor’s degree and certifications are a plus.
