UX Designer

Our client is seeking a Senior UX Designer with a strong background in UX research to join their growing Product Experience team. This role will support a key business unit as the organization continues to invest in product innovation, AI enabled workflows, and elevating the overall UX maturity of the organization.

The ideal candidate is a strategic UX professional who thrives in complex product environments and is passionate about combining research, user centered design, and cross functional collaboration to create exceptional experiences.

What You’ll Do

• Lead UX research and design initiatives across complex enterprise products.
• Plan and conduct mixed method research using qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
• Translate research findings into actionable recommendations that influence product strategy and roadmap decisions.
• Create user centered designs, wireframes, prototypes, and interaction flows using Figma.
• Lead usability testing and incorporate research insights into design improvements.
• Partner closely with Product Managers, Engineers, Designers, and UX Researchers throughout the product lifecycle.
• Mentor junior team members and promote UX research and design best practices.
• Advocate for evidence based design decisions while balancing user needs and business objectives.
• Help integrate AI driven workflows and emerging technologies into the UX process.

• 5+ years of UX design and UX research experience supporting enterprise applications or complex digital products.
• Strong expertise in both generative and evaluative UX research methods.
• Experience synthesizing qualitative and quantitative research into strategic product recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Figma and prototyping tools.
• Strong understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and design systems.
• Experience leading usability testing and applying research findings to improve user experiences.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working with Jira.
• Familiarity with AI tools and AI enabled design workflows.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human Centered Design, Human Computer Interaction, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience., * Experience within construction, architecture, manufacturing, or building products industries.
• Familiarity with CAD software.
• Experience designing complex dashboards or enterprise applications within healthcare or medical technology.
• Experience balancing both UX design and UX research responsibilities.
• Strong storytelling and presentation skills with a portfolio demonstrating research process and design thinking.
