Data Engineer

Join a high-impact data engineering team building scalable, cloud-native data platforms on Azure. We re looking for a Senior Data Engineer who thrives on solving complex big data challenges using Spark, Databricks, and ADLS at enterprise scale.

What You ll Do

• Build and optimize high-performance Spark pipelines on Databricks
• Design scalable ETL workflows and modern data lake architectures
• Work with massive datasets using Azure Data Lake Storage (ADLS)
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and cloud teams to deliver production-grade data solutions
• Tune Spark jobs for performance, scalability, and reliability
• Mentor engineers, review code, and drive engineering best practices

• 8 12 years in Data Engineering or large-scale backend/data platform development
• Strong hands-on expertise in Apache Spark with Java /Python
• Proven Databricks experience in enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of ADLS and Azure-based data ecosystems
• Experience with data modeling, schema design, and performance optimization
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Nice to Have:

• Delta Lake, Azure Synapse, or Azure-native analytics services
• CI/CD for data engineering workflows
• Azure or Databricks certifications
