Nitro Motorsports is one of North America’s premier driver development organizations, competing in ARCA and TA2 while supporting professional racing operations across multiple series. We are building a modern digital infrastructure to support our rapidly growing racing operations, personnel, travel, inventory, logistics, sponsors, and race programs., This is not simply a website development position.
We are looking for someone who understands how businesses operate and can translate real-world workflows into an organized SharePoint solution. The ideal candidate will gather requirements, recommend best practices, build the system, train our staff, and continue refining it as our organization grows.
Responsibilities
- Design and build a company-wide SharePoint environment from the ground up
- Develop SharePoint Lists, Libraries, Sites, and Document Management systems
- Create custom forms, views, filters, and dashboards
- Build workflows using Microsoft Power Automate
- Configure permissions and security groups
- Organize document storage and establish naming conventions
- Create searchable databases for:
- Personnel
- Drivers
- Sponsors
- Vendors
- Inventory
- Fleet vehicles
- Equipment
- Travel
- Race events
- Build mobile-friendly interfaces for employees working at the race track
- Recommend improvements to existing business processes
- Train employees on proper SharePoint usage
- Document system architecture and best practices
- Provide ongoing enhancements and support, Experience supporting organizations in one or more of the following industries:
- Motorsports
- Manufacturing
- Logistics
- Automotive
- Engineering
- Construction
What Success Looks Like
Within the first several months, you’ll help us build a centralized operating platform that allows our team to:
- Manage people, travel, and race schedules
- Track inventory and equipment
- Organize race operations
- Store and retrieve documents efficiently
- Improve collaboration between office staff and track personnel
- Reduce manual processes through automation

Requirements
- 3+ years of SharePoint Online experience
- Strong Microsoft 365 knowledge
- Experience with:
- Microsoft Lists
- Power Automate
- Power Apps (preferred)
- Teams integration
- OneDrive
- Excel integration
- Experience designing business process workflows
- Excellent organizational skills
- Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical users
- Self-starter who can work independently
Benefits & conditions
Pay: $7,500.00 per month
