Oracle Fusion Purchasing - 3 month assignment - MR

• Process Transactions: Create, process, and manage purchase requisitions, purchase orders, and global agreements using the buyer work area.
• System Configuration: Configure and maintain supplier profiles, business unit assignments, and approval routing hierarchies based on amount, item category, and location.
• Workflow & Integration: Troubleshoot data synchronization and integration issues between Oracle Fusion and external procurement or financial systems.
• Policy Enforcement: Enforce corporate spending limits, regulatory guidelines, and compliance protocols across departments.
• Data Management: Handle data migration, mass updates, and mass deduplication using tools like File-Based Data Import (FBDI) templates.

• Experience: 3 to 7+ years in supply chain, purchasing, or ERP implementations (specifically Oracle Cloud/Fusion applications).
• Module Knowledge: Proficiency in Oracle Fusion Purchasing, Self-Service Procurement, Sourcing, and Supplier Portal.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with data loading tools (FBDI/ADFDI) and integration diagnostics.
• Soft Skills: Cross-functional communication with accounts payable, legal, and inventory teams.
