Job description

The Pathway team is growing again! We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish speaking individual to fill a Quality Assurance/Data Analyst position. Pathway Services is a technology-based roadway and pavement condition analysis company contracting with transportation agencies around the globe since 1996. Our data types consist of imagery, 3D data, and LiDAR data, no previous knowledge required. This position is located at our headquarters in Broken Arrow and could include light travel., We are seeking a highly motivated Spanish-speaking individual to fill a Quality Assurance/Data Analyst position. The Data Analyst plays a key role in supporting the company’s efforts to provide excellent data quality to our clients for their various planning and maintenance purposes. Our data types consist of photogrammetry, 3D data, and LiDAR data, but no previous knowledge/experience is required. This individual is responsible for analyzing data, creating reports and visualizations as well as managing the data ingestion process and transferring files for the company’s data repository.

The Data Analyst is a key partner for various teams within the organization, at key times presenting insights and analyses to clients and conducting analyses based on routine, strategic, and ad-hoc requests., * Manages the quality assurance, quality control, and quality improvement functions.

  • Drives the understanding and training for quality concepts and methods throughout the company.
  • Documents findings, changes, errors, problems, and issues found during the quality assurance process.
  • Communicates errors and changes needed effectively to all teams.
  • Responsible for the proper implementation of changes to QA/QC processes.
  • Manages the requests, retrieval, and ingestion of data into the organization’s data repository.
  • Creates ad-hoc and standardized reports and visualizations to communicate insights and findings to the various teams within the organization and clients.
  • Performs other duties as required.

Requirements

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish
  • Possess time management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, * BA/BS degree
  • Experience working with databases and other visual software
  • Experience working in cross-cultural team environment
  • Experience utilizing data repository solutions to manage data storage
  • Experience working with virtual and matrix teams and ability to effectively communicate/collaborate in this environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
