Job description
Seeking an experienced lead developer to lead a multiplayer asymmetrical 1 vs 10 game. The timeline to build the game is 6 months post funding, with a budget of one million.
Duties
- To help assemble and oversee a team of one experienced and six newer developers.
- Help recruit the team according to the project needs and lead developers specifications.
Requirements
- At least 3 years experienced in Godot.
- Must have shipped at least one game in Godot.(multiplayer included)
- Must have shipped at least one multiplayer game.
- Experience with 1-4 player asynce multiplayer minimum.
- C# proficiency.
- Git workflow, CI/CD pipeline experience.
- Netcode4 or similar library implementation.
- Experience with audio propagation/spatial audio knowledge.
