Technical Project Manager - IT infrastructure

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and executing the planning, implementation, and delivery of technology projects while ensuring alignment with business goals. Projects include email migration, network redesign and migration, cybersecurity implementation, domain implementation. A Technical Project Manager is needed to lead and coordinate these complex, cross-functional efforts. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project success and facilitate communication between stakeholders. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on experience in executing and managing IT infrastructure projects.

Duties

• Lead infrastructure planning sessions and define project scope, goals, and deliverables.
• Oversee and execute infrastructure deployments (e.g., cloud, servers, firewalls, SD-WAN).
• Coordinate technical teams including systems administrators, network engineers, and security staff.
• Ensure proper documentation and compliance with security and regulatory standards.
• Track risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, budgets, and schedules.
• Lead change management and user communication efforts.
• Develop and maintain project schedules using project management software.
• Monitor project progress and performance, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Facilitate communication among stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status.
• Create and manage test cases to ensure quality assurance throughout the project lifecycle.

Do you have experience in Managing projects?, * Proven track record of hands on implementation and managing technical IT infrastructure projects (5+ years)

• Solid understanding of network deployment, servers, storage, cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS), and security
• Familiarity with ITIL, ISO 27001, or NIST standards
• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification preferred
• Experience working with managed service providers or third-party integrators., * Managing technical IT infrastructure projects: 5 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• PMP, PRINCE2, or Agile certification (Preferred)
