Data Analyst with Data Modeling (DM) expertise

• Develop and maintain robust data models using best practices in database design, ensuring scalability and performance across SQL databases such as Microsoft SQL Server and Oracle.
• Design and implement ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes utilizing tools like Talend, Python, Bash scripts, or VBA to streamline data integration from diverse sources.
• Extract business rules from the existing Legacy code and create Source-to-Target mappings.
• Transform business rules and data quality rules into ETL and/or SQL technical specifications.
• Develop complex SQL data validations based on STTMs and target Data Models.
• Provide technical and analytical support to clients data integrity and quality initiatives.

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Data Analyst with specialized expertise in Data Modeling (DM) to join our innovative analytics team. Must have source-to-target data mapping experience in a mixed Mainframe and Relational Database environments, * Proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Modeler with a strong understanding of database design principles and data architecture best practices.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL programming for query management, report development, and database optimization.
• Minimum of five (5) years of source-to-target data mapping experience in a mixed Mainframe and Relational Database environments.
• Experience creating data dictionary documentation with business terms, valid values, and definitions.

$60 - $70 an hour - Contract
