Job description
Position Overview The Web Developer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and supporting enterprise web applications using modern technologies including Blazor, C#, SQL Server, Azure DevOps, and GitHub Copilot. This position works across the full software development lifecycle, partnering with business and technical teams to deliver innovative solutions that improve business processes and user experiences. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex problems, learning new technologies, and building high-quality applications in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities * Design, develop, test, implement, and maintain enterprise-level web applications * Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle * Collaborate with business users and technical teams to gather requirements and develop effective solutions * Develop and maintain database-driven applications using SQL Server and related technologies * Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and application support materials * Implement and support application security controls and best practices * Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance to website and application users * Manage multiple projects and priorities while meeting established deadlines * Communicate project status, progress, and technical information to stakeholders * Assist with employee training and user adoption of new applications and technologies
Requirements
Qualifications * Two years of web development experience utilizing .NET technologies, including C# * Experience with Blazor and SQL Server preferred * Experience with website design, database development, documentation, and application security practices * Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills * Understanding of modern web design principles and user experience best practices * Ability to effectively communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences * Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines * Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
