  • Lead complex engineering problem-solving efforts and provide technical recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred), Civil Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related engineering discipline.

  • 10+ years of engineering experience.

  • Experience supporting commercial nuclear power plants or other power generation facilities.

  • Demonstrated expertise in one or more engineering disciplines.

  • Experience developing engineering design change packages and supporting plant modifications.

  • Knowledge of engineering design processes, plant systems, and applicable engineering codes and standards.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Ability to work effectively across multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Standard Design Process (SDP) or similar engineering change control programs.

  • Experience supporting Balance of Plant (BOP) systems.

  • Knowledge of U.S. commercial nuclear plant modifications and power uprate projects.

  • Experience supporting advanced reactor technologies.

  • Familiarity with ASME, ANSI, and nuclear industry engineering standards.
