AI Solutions Manager - Technical PM

The Role: Own Delivery From Signature to Go-Live We’re seeking an AI Solutions Manager to own the client experience and the technical delivery from signed contract through successful launch. You’ll be the person our clients trust and the person our engineers rely on, turning approved specifications into working digital employees and making sure every project goes live on time, in scope, and with a client who is glad they chose us.

This is our most technical AI Solutions Manager role yet. By the time a project reaches you, discovery is complete, the AI workforce blueprint is signed, and the detailed specifications for each digital employee are written. What remains is a technical project with a real client attached to it, and both halves matter equally here. You’ll manage multiple active clients simultaneously using the Scrum framework., You’re the right person for this role if:

Technical & Delivery Experience

• Project Leadership: You have led application development or IT infrastructure projects, and owned the technical delivery rather than just the client relationship
• Technical Depth: Enough to unblock your own project. You can hold a real conversation about system access, credentials, environments, integrations, and APIs without needing to escalate
• Breadth: Delivery experience across more than one business domain, such as accounting, operations, manufacturing, or sales
• Process Fluency: Real working knowledge of at least one business process you’ve actually built in. You know what AP/AR should look like, which means you can read a specification and catch what’s missing before eight weeks of build go by
• Testing Mindset: Systematic QA approach with attention to detail

Project Management

• Experience with the Scrum framework, and proficiency with Jira, Monday.com, or similar
• Proven track record managing multiple simultaneous projects
• History of on-time, in-scope delivery
• You hold scope firm under client pressure and stay clear about what was sold
• You own a schedule honestly and raise slip early, by name, with a plan attached
• Proactive risk identification and mitigation

Client Management

• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to explain technical concepts and technical constraints to non-technical audiences
• Strong relationship building and trust development at every level of a client’s organization
• Diplomatic problem resolution with a solutions-oriented mindset
• You give your team what it needs without making them dig for it
