High school diploma or equivalent. Valid NC driver’s license with violations not exceeding health system standards or insurance carrier regulations. Knowledge of DOT/FMCSA regulations if operating larger vehicles. Exposure to Lean or continuous improvement practices., Customer service experience; knowledge of local area preferred. Ability to use mobile devices, route/dispatch apps, and basic email/Outlook.. Preferred Healthcare courier experience; specimen handling or chain-of-custody training.
