Data/BI Analyst

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, reporting, or analytics.

• Strong SQL Server experience, including writing, troubleshooting, and optimizing complex queries, views, and stored procedures.

• Experience building and maintaining reports using SSRS.

• Experience developing Power BI dashboards, reports, data models, DAX calculations, and Power Query transformations.

• Experience working with relational databases, data warehouses, Lakehouses, or modern analytics platforms such as Microsoft Fabric and Azure.

• Ability to gather business requirements, ask effective discovery questions, and translate needs into reporting solutions.

• Experience validating data accuracy, troubleshooting discrepancies, and resolving data quality issues.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.

• Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Experience creating technical documentation and report specifications.

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, lookups, Power Query, and data analysis techniques.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and business intelligence best practices.

• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, SaaS, or other enterprise business systems.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, APIs, or similar business applications is a plus.

• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and quality.

Requirements

• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to manage multiple priorities.

• Preferred:

• Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure data services, data warehouses, or Lakehouse environments.

• Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, and modern analytics platforms.

• Experience supporting ERP, CRM, or other enterprise business applications.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Business Central, or similar platforms.

• Experience working in SaaS environments or supporting API-driven reporting solutions.
