Job description

We are looking for a Java Developer to join our team in Wilmington, DE, in a hybrid role (2 days onsite per week). This role involves modernizing an on-premise decision engine into a cloud-native solution while ensuring seamless business operations. If you have strong Java, Python, AWS Cloud, and Decision Engine expertise, we want to hear from you!, * Design, develop, and optimize decision engine solutions for cloud-native deployment.

Work on Java, Python, and AWS Cloud technologies to build scalable systems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance credit execution processes.
Implement and maintain Docker environments for application deployment.
Work with complex datasets, SQL, and JSON to support system enhancements.
Modernize enterprise systems using incremental delivery approaches.
Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Requirements

8-10 years of programming experience in Java, Python, JavaScript, and SQL. Strong expertise in decision engines/rule-based systems. Hands-on experience with AWS Cloud, Docker, and cloud-native applications. Knowledge of data structures and working with complex datasets. Experience in modernizing enterprise systems for cloud environments. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
