Job description

As Test Automation Engineer, you’ll join an enthusiastic multidisciplinary team to develop qualitative applications in a fast-changing IT landscape. Your role will contribute to innovations benefiting millions of clients, ensuring product and code quality from start to finish through test automation.

And in detail:

  • Own quality end-to-end: From the first line of code to final deployment, you guard the standards-ensuring every feature meets the mark before it reaches our clients.
  • Design smarter tests: You don’t just follow test plans-you shape them, defining scope and priorities to catch what matters most.
  • Automate with purpose: Writing scripts in Java (Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber) isn’t just a task-it’s how you free the team from repetitive work and speed up delivery.
  • Turn data into action: Your test results don’t sit in a report-they drive decisions, shared clearly so the team can act fast.
  • Solve, don’t just spot, issues: When you find a bug or bottleneck, you dig deeper-fixing it or flagging it with the precision the dev team needs.
  • Bridge testing and development: Working side by side with developers, you help prioritize what to automate next, making sure effort goes where it counts.
  • Keep CI/CD running smooth: Your automation isn’t an afterthought-it’s baked into the pipeline, so every build gets the green light faster.
  • Master the environments: Whether it’s staging, production, or something in between, you debug scripts and apps until they run flawlessly-every time.
  • Build frameworks that last: You don’t just write tests-you design systems that scale, stay reliable, and keep pace with our growing needs.
  • Document like a pro: Your notes on processes and results aren’t just for show-they’re the go-to resource for the team.
  • Stay sharp with ISTQB: You bring industry-standard rigor to everything you test, because quality isn’t optional-it’s essential., * Create comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test data for both functional and non-functional testing; for real and virtual devices.
  • Execute automated tests, analyze results, and report defects with detailed logs and steps for replication.
  • Integrate test automation into CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment) pipelines.
  • Work with the development team to identify areas for automation and prioritize test cases.
  • Debug and troubleshoot automation scripts and applications in various environments.
  • Ensure the scalability, reliability, and effectiveness of automated test frameworks and tools.
  • Maintain documentation for test automation frameworks, processes, and results.
  • Have knowledge on the standards in software testing (ISTQB)
