5+ years of experience in project management , digital transformation , or technology implementation roles. Background in training, logistics, edtech , or gig economy platforms is a strong plus. Education (flexible): Degree in Computer Science , Engineering , Project Management , Digital Innovation , Educational Technology , or a related field. PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications are a plus. Exceptional candidates with non-traditional paths and relevant experience are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills : Hands-on experience with AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, RPA, NLP applications).
