Full Stack AI Developer - London

We’re partnering with a professional services firm that’s investing heavily in AI, automation and digital transformation. Having brought technology in-house under a highly technical CTO, the business is modernising every department through Microsoft Copilot, Claude, Azure and intelligent automation. This is the first developer hire into a growing team, offering a rare opportunity to shape the firm’s technology direction from the ground up.

You’ll design and build AI-powered business applications, APIs, integrations, automation workflows and internal AI agents that improve how 240+ employees work every day. This isn’t just about writing code-it’s about understanding business processes, designing scalable architectures, connecting systems and using AI to solve real operational challenges. You’ll work closely with leadership, data teams and business stakeholders to build the foundations of the firm’s future technology platform.

• 5+ years building production software and business solutions
• Strong Python plus TypeScript or C#
• Azure cloud experience
• Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Claude or similar AI platforms
• Experience building APIs, integrations and automation workflows
• Strong systems thinking and solution architecture skills
• Experience taking projects from discovery through deployment
• Comfortable working directly with non-technical stakeholders
• Passion for AI-assisted software development using tools such as GitHub Copilot or Claude

This is an opportunity to become the first developer in a rapidly growing AI and Automation team.
