SitecoreAI Technical Lead/Consultant - Sitecore AI

As the Technical Lead, you will take ownership of the end-to-end technical delivery of Sitecore solutions, working closely with clients, architects and delivery teams to design scalable, high-performing digital platforms. You will provide technical leadership throughout the project life cycle, from solution design and estimation through to delivery and deployment. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical architecture and delivery of enterprise Sitecore solutions, including Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP and XM.
• Design scalable, secure and maintainable digital experience platforms using modern headless and composable architectures.
• Translate business requirements into robust technical solutions and provide technical guidance throughout project delivery.
• Define technical standards, coding best practices and architectural patterns across development teams.
• Lead code reviews and mentor developers, promoting high-quality engineering standards.
• Work with Project Managers, Solution Architects and clients to provide technical estimates, identify delivery risks and support pre-sales activities INCLUDING PROVIDING ESTIMATES, PROPOSALS, BIDS etc.
• Oversee integrations with third-party platforms including CRM, CDP, DAM, search and marketing automation solutions.
• Produce technical documentation throughout discovery, planning and delivery phases.
• Drive AI adoption within the development life cycle and contribute to the evolution of Sitecore AI capabilities.

• Extensive experience delivering enterprise Sitecore solutions, with strong expertise in Sitecore AI, XM Cloud, XP and XM.
• Proven experience leading technical teams and delivering large-scale digital transformation projects.
• Strong knowledge of Sitecore Headless, JSS, SXA, Unicorn/SCS and multisite implementations.
• Experience with Next.js, React and modern Front End development within Sitecore environments.
• Knowledge of Sitecore composable products including CDP, Personalize, Search, Content Hub and Send.
• Experience deploying and supporting solutions within Azure and/or AWS.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and the ability to engage confidently with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
