Firmware Engineer.

Responsible for embedded product development to deliver world-class wireless products across a portfolio of projects. The role includes designing, implementing, and testing FPGA components for use in Software Defined Radio (SDR) devices., * Design and develop FPGA firmware using VHDL.

• Develop embedded software and hardware drivers in C/C++.
• Create and maintain RTL testbenches and support verification activities.
• Produce technical documentation, requirements, and interface designs.
• Research and evaluate new technologies.
• Support product introduction, customer validation, and production testing.
• Provide technical support to internal teams, including Sales where required.

• Degree in Electronics, Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Strong VHDL development experience.
• Proficiency in C/C++ and Linux.
• Experience with FPGA verification and RTL testbenches.
• Understanding of embedded software architecture and driver development.
• Experience using electronic test equipment.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.
• Proactive problem-solving approach.

Desirable

• Experience with ModelSim or Questa.
• Familiarity with schematic capture and PCB layout tools.
• Experience managing small technical projects or teams.
• JIRA and Microsoft Project experience.
• Knowledge of UML.
