T-Systems Iberia busca un Solution Architect para SAP HCM que diseñe soluciones end-to-end y lidere propuestas en la fase de preventa. Coordinará con equipos multi-funcionales para convertir requerimientos de RR. HH. en arquitecturas escalables y competitivas.

Requirements

Se valorará experiencia con SAP HCM, SAP SuccessFactors y SAP ERP/S4HANA, así como visión de integraciones y gobernanza tecnológica. Idiomas y habilidades de presentación ante comités corporativos serán clave.
