Requirements

Previous experience leading and growing software engineering teams. Strong knowledge of software architecture and distributed systems. Experience working in modern cloud-native environments. Familiarity with Linux, cloud infrastructure, networking, databases and platform reliability. Experience with automation and infrastructure tooling such as Python, Bash, Terraform, Ansible or similar. Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to balance technical excellence with commercial priorities. Excellent communication skills and experience working across international engineering teams. Fluent English, both written and spoken.
