Requirements

Extensive professional experience in software engineering, with a strong background in C#, WPF, and . NET 8.0 frameworks Proven experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Facilitator for a software development team diligently applying Scrum practices and theory Certification in Scrum methodologies (such as CSM or PSM I) alongside deep knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, and team empowerment techniques Solid experience with SQL Server, including database design and utilizing ORMs like Entity Framework Practical understanding of modern development ecosystems, including Git/GitHub version control and setting up basic build environments Exceptional English communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to connect teams and resolve conflicts A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience)
