Salary: £64,085 - £76,581 + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing and family.

Working Pattern: Permanent Full Time OR Part Time Flexible First options available

The role

This role offers the opportunity to shape and enhance a Dynamics 365 CRM platform that underpins stakeholder relationship management across a complex organisation. You will play a key part in improving how stakeholder information is captured, managed and used, helping teams make better, more informed decisions.

Working as part of a collaborative technology function, you will combine hands-on development with modern engineering practices, including automated build and release pipelines, to ensure the platform is reliable, scalable and continuously improving.

You will

  • Design, build and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM solutions to support effective stakeholder management, ensuring the platform meets user needs and remains scalable
  • Own and enhance CI/CD pipelines for CRM and associated Power Platform components, enabling reliable, repeatable and low-risk deployments
  • Work closely with business users to understand requirements, translating them into practical, user-focused solutions and improvements
  • Maintain and support the CRM platform, including troubleshooting issues, managing releases and ensuring performance and reliability, while partnering closely with the Automation team to align design patterns, integration approaches and reuse across the wider Power Platform ecosystem.
  • Develop and maintain integrations between Dynamics 365 and other systems, enabling data to flow securely and accurately across the organisation

You have

  • Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, including customisation, configuration and extension using the Power Platform
  • Proven experience operating CI/CD pipelines (e.g. Azure DevOps or GitHub), including source control, automated builds and release management
  • Experience with integrations and data management, including APIs and ensuring data quality and consistency
  • Ability to understand business needs and communicate technical solutions clearly to both technical and non-technical colleagues
  • A collaborative and inclusive approach, valuing different perspectives and working effectively across diverse teams
