Job description

Are you passionate about turning data into meaningful insight that improves outcomes for children and young people? We are seeking an ambitious and talented Senior Information Analyst to play a pivotal role in the delivery of our SEND Reform Programme. This is an exciting opportunity to help shape a modern, intelligence-led SEND system. You will work across education, health and social care data, developing innovative dashboards, analytical products and forecasting tools that support strategic decision-making, drive accountability and enable earlier, more effective intervention. You’ll be responsible for transforming complex information into clear, actionable insight for senior leaders, partners and practitioners. From analysing trends in demand and spend, to identifying inequalities and emerging needs, your work will directly influence how services are designed and delivered across Peterborough. If you enjoy solving complex problems, working with data and making a real difference through evidence-based decision-making, we’d love to hear from you. Interviews will be held 3rd and 4th September All about our Team The Senior Information Analyst sits within the SEND Change and Transformation Team, a dynamic and forward-thinking team leading one of the most ambitious SEND transformation programmes in the country. The team is responsible for delivering Peterborough’s SEND Reform Plan, developing new ways of working and ensuring that children, young people and families receive the right support at the right time. We are building a culture that values innovation, collaboration and continuous improvement. Working closely with colleagues across education, health, social care, commissioning and finance, we use data and intelligence to drive meaningful system change. This is a team where ideas are welcomed, innovation is encouraged and every member has the opportunity to influence how services evolve. You’ll work alongside experienced programme managers, project officers and senior leaders who are committed to improving outcomes for children and young people with SEND. All about You
