If you’re ready to create excellence with us, you’ll be appreciated and rewarded.What you will be doingLead the design, build, test and deployment of SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling solutions, ensuring alignment with SAP Best Practices and business requirementsAct as the main interface between Business Process Owners, System Integrator and internal teams, translating business needs into functional and technical solutionsDrive Fit?to?Standard workshops, system configuration, WRICEF validation, data migration, interfaces and end?to?end testing activitiesSupport cutover, go?live and post?go?live stabilization, ensuring a smooth transition to application maintenance and Centre of Excellence operationsServe as the S/4HANA Finance & Controlling Subject Matter Expert, continuously identifying improvements and supporting business users across the organisationWhat we’re looking forA proven track record of leading global SAP S/4HANA Finance & Controlling implementations and delivering end?to?end project phases from design to go?liveA proven track record of acting as Finance & Controlling subject matter expert in complex, multi?country and multi?stakeholder environmentsBachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related fieldOutstanding communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage effectively with business and IT teamsOutstanding analytical and problem?solving skills, enabling clear recommendations and solution designStrong leadership and collaboration skills, coupled with a hands?on and delivery?oriented mindsetKnowledge of the automotive industry and Finance & Controlling processes, with the ability to support Horse Powertrain’s transformation ambitionsExcellent written and spoken English; good working knowledge of Spanish would be an advantageEqual opportunities employerAs a company, we are committed to equal opportunities, and recruit people based on their competencies and qualifications.
