Job description

  • Manage the operation, testing, troubleshooting, and maintenance of electromagnetic environment simulation systems.
  • Conduct hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Provide technical support and document service activities.
  • Requires expertise in RF systems, electronic warfare operations, RF measurement devices, and ELINT.
  • Experience with software-driven systems is beneficial., * Provide direct technical assistance to customers for commercial digital stimulator equipment.
  • Ensure effective operation and maintenance of high-fidelity electromagnetic environment simulation systems.
  • Set up, operate, test, and troubleshoot Electromagnetic Environment (EME) simulators and associated equipment.
  • Load, execute, and modify pre-defined threat scenarios using system tools and software.
  • Perform routine hardware and software diagnostics, repairs, and preventive maintenance.
  • Interact with customers to provide onsite technical support and communicate system status.
  • Document service activities, test results, and maintenance actions.
  • Participate in technical meetings and support work in secure/classified laboratory environments.
  • Follow all company safety, security, and compliance protocols.
  • Possess at least 4 years of direct, hands-on experience in electronics simulation, testing, or maintenance of technical systems.

Requirements

  • Degree: Technical bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  • Years of experience: 4+ years
  • Total Compensation: $235k+ yearly (tentative), * Demonstrate solid working knowledge of RF systems, modern communication devices, or radar emitter equipment.
  • Understand threat simulation or electronic warfare (EW) operations.
  • Possess working experience with RF measurement devices (spectrum analyzers, RF power meters, RF synthesizers).
  • Exhibit hands-on troubleshooting and testing experience with technical systems and calibrated hand-tools.
  • Maintain professional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Hold a SECRET clearance.
  • Familiarity with software-driven systems or use of modulated RF signals is beneficial.
  • Knowledge of EW Systems and ELINT.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a complex lab and team environment.
