Job description

ACH is seeking a BI Analyst to serve as the bridge between the data group and business operations. This role is focused on creating dashboards and reports that target operating and business functional groups, driving improved decision-making across the organization.

You will be proficient in SQL and work directly in Snowflake to produce consumption-level reports and analytical views. You will leverage AI tools to help stand up and accelerate our analytics function, bringing a modern, forward-thinking approach to business intelligence. This is an ideal role for someone who enjoys turning data into actionable insights and working closely with operational stakeholders to understand what they need to run the business better., * Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports targeting operating and business functional groups to drive improved decision-making.

  • Write and optimize SQL queries in Snowflake to produce consumption-level reports and analytical views.
  • Serve as the primary bridge between the data team and operations, translating business questions into analytical outputs.
  • Leverage AI tools to accelerate dashboard development, data exploration, and the buildout of our analytics function.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define KPIs, metrics, and reporting requirements across departments.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities within operational and financial data.
  • Support data quality efforts by identifying inconsistencies and gaps in reporting data and escalating to the data engineering team.
  • Contribute to the documentation of metrics definitions, report logic, and analytical methodologies.
  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards and semantic models that support operating managers and leadership.

Requirements

Do you have experience in SQL?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, data science, information systems, or a related discipline-or equivalent demonstrated experience.

  • 2-5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, reporting, or similar roles.
  • Strong SQL proficiency including joins, CTEs, window functions, and the ability to write production-quality queries in Snowflake.
  • Experience building dashboards and visualizations in Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
  • Demonstrated interest in using AI tools to improve analytical workflows and accelerate insight delivery.
  • Ability to communicate analytical findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to data accuracy and reporting quality.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience with Snowflake and cloud-based analytics environments.
  • Experience in healthcare, home care, insurance, or other operationally complex industries.
  • Familiarity with Power BI development (DAX, Power Query / M, semantic models).
  • Experience with Python or R for data analysis and automation.
