Job description

We are looking for a Senior Full-stack Engineer to join a team working on a global logistics platform for e-commerce. The post-purchase platform that helps e-commerce brands manage the entire customer journey after checkout. It combines branded order tracking, proactive delivery notifications, returns management, delivery issue detection, carrier claims automation, and logistics performance analytics in one solution. This position is well suited to an experienced engineer who can take ownership of features end to end, work autonomously, and proactively collaborate with product owners, engineers, and other stakeholders. office remoteGeorgiaKazakhstanUzbekistan

Requirements

  • Strong commercial experience with Ruby and Ruby on Rails
  • Solid experience with React and TypeScript
  • Strong backend engineering skills and a good understanding of API design
  • Experience delivering features independently from specification through production
  • Good understanding of software architecture, performance, scalability, and security
  • Experience investigating production issues

Nice to have

  • Experience with .NET
  • Experience planning and executing migrations between systems or technology platforms
  • Experience with OAuth and MSAL
  • Experience developing browser extensions

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, test, and deliver maintainable full-stack features
  • Participate in the technical integration and gradual alignment of two existing products
  • Collaborate with product owners, designers, and engineers to clarify requirements and define implementation approaches
  • Identify technical risks, trade-offs, and opportunities to improve proposed solutions
  • Consider security, scalability, performance, observability, and production support throughout the development lifecycle
  • Communicate progress clearly, raise blockers early, and ask questions rather than remaining stuck
