Job description

Randstad Strategic Accounts is looking for a business professional with a knowledge and proficiency working in the banking industry. We have a role that we are looking to fill for a contract position with a top tier bank in the financial industry. salary: $48 - $54 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors

Responsibilities

  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including daily standups, backlog refinement, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives, and Product Owner synchronization activities.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product backlog.
  • Partner with Product Managers to align backlog priorities with product strategy and roadmap objectives.
  • Define and refine features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Data Governance, Technology, Risk, and Compliance partners.
  • Review completed work and accept delivery based on acceptance criteria and Definition of Done.
  • Manage dependencies across teams and product areas.
  • Monitor data product success metrics, adoption, value realization, and data quality outcomes.
  • Communicate delivery status, risks, dependencies, and priorities to stakeholders.
  • Participate in PI Planning activities including dependency management, feature sequencing, staffing alignment, and objective development.
