Palantir Big Data Developer

Design, develop, and maintain enterprise dashboards, reports, and analytics solutions supporting business and mission requirements. Query, analyze, cleanse, and transform large volumes of structured and unstructured data. Develop real-time and near real-time data visualization solutions using modern BI technologies. Build and optimize data models that support analytics, reporting, and executive dashboarding. Perform data wrangling, validation, and cleansing activities to ensure data quality and integrity. Translate business requirements into impactful dashboards and actionable insights. Work with large-scale financial management datasets and support reconciliation and reporting efforts. Collaborate with stakeholders, analysts, and technical teams to develop meaningful reporting solutions. Support audit readiness initiatives and data-driven decision-making efforts. Troubleshoot and enhance existing reporting, visualization, and analytics environments.

We are seeking experienced Big Data Developers to support a large-scale federal financial data modernization initiative within a Department of Defense environment. This role will focus on transforming complex financial and operational datasets into actionable insights through advanced analytics, dashboard development, and data visualization solutions.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience working with enterprise data platforms, large datasets, business intelligence tools, and modern data engineering technologies. Candidates with experience in federal financial management environments, Palantir Foundry, and Databricks are especially encouraged to apply., 9+ years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, big data, or related fields. Hands-on experience building dashboards and analytics solutions from the ground up. Strong expertise with: Databricks SQL Data wrangling and data cleansing Data visualization and dashboard development Business intelligence tools Experience working with large datasets and performing complex data analysis. Strong understanding of data transformation, aggregation, and reporting methodologies. Experience developing executive-level dashboards and performance metrics. Ability to gather requirements and communicate technical findings to both technical and non-technical audiences. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills., Experience with Palantir Foundry. Experience with Qlik Sense. Experience supporting the Advana platform. Knowledge of SAP data structures. Experience with Federal Financial Management data environments. Understanding of audit readiness initiatives, including SOC-1 controls. Experience with budget execution reporting and financial performance metrics. Familiarity with Navy financial management processes. Python development and scripting experience.
