The & Access Management Architect works in the office and will work with Information Security, Technology and various Business departments to design and help implement the next of controls for a growing global financial operation. You will enhance implementation of a global portal, designing solutions at scale and collaborating with stakeholders at all levels of the organization., * Lead the collaborative design, and help implement, a resilient Client solution that helps protect our client information through strong authentication and authorization at scale \n

Collaborate with architecture, security and infrastructure teams to propose and implement Agentic AI Management solutions \n
-
Design and implement solutions surrounding the ongoing maturity of the existing Fisher Investments Worker process \n
-
Provide input to Information Security leadership for road mapping purposes \n
-
Create documentation targeted at technical and non-technical audiences that include standards, training, procedures and policies \n

Coordinate and manage vendor relationships \n

Coordinate process and tool changes with Technology and various business units \n

Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation, and work with Information Security, or Technology, project teams to get them implemented \n

Work in an Agile/Scrum environment \n
Requirements
-
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required, degree in Information Security, Information Technology or related field \n

Minimum 5 years’ experience in architecting Client Management solutions \n
-
Minimum 7 years’ experience in the field of and access management \n
-
Technical experience in the following: & Access Management systems (Okta, Sailpoint, Azure), Salesforce CRM, Active Directory, PowerShell, Group Policy maintenance \n
-
Expertise in risk assessment and mitigation in IT or IS
Benefits & conditions

$155,000 - $195,000 base salary per year in the state of WA. New hires should expect to start at the lower end of the range depending on experience \n

Eligible for a discretionary bonus based on firm and individual performance \n
