LLM and AI models are welcomeManage the end-to-end delivery of your designed initiatives, whilst identifying and executing improvements in current features and processesTechnology will be your key stakeholder. You will support them in the development process and identify issues before releasesDefine, track, and monitor KPIs for product initiatives, making data-driven decisions and actions based on the resultsCommunicate product performance against KPIs to relevant stakeholders within the organisationDevelop and maintain a deep understanding of stakeholder (internal and external) needs and behaviours to design and deliver successful product outcomes.Collaborate with Technology and other stakeholders to define requirements, epics, and user stories.Support product commercialisation efforts, including proposition development, business case formulation, stakeholder training, and the creation of marketing collateral.Stay informed of market, industry, and regulatory trends in the payment space and Fintech that will guide Ebury’s product decisions.About You:A minimum of 3 years of experience in strategy and execution within top-tier environments, either in corporate or startupsAt least 3 years in a consulting firm, or experience in a high-growth fintech or neobankSuccessful delivery of solutions in a fast-paced, agile organisationProactive with exceptional organisational and project management skillsStrong analytical abilities, capable of breaking down complex problems into manageable partsA history of grit, determination, and resourcefulness, coupled with a strong desire for professional developmentExcellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders without authority.
