Product Owner

Are you passionate about turning data into business value?We are looking for an experienced Product Owner with strong expertise in Customer Data to help drive strategic data initiatives across a global insurance environment.In this role, you will work closely with business and data teams to shape customer data standards, improve data quality and readiness, and support the adoption of Data & AI solutions across multiple international entities.What You’ll Be Doing Drive the evolution of customer data definitions, frameworks, and best practices across the organization.Help establish consistent standards for customer-related data, including B2 C, B2 B, beneficiaries, company representatives, and other customer roles.Contribute to the definition of data requirements covering data quality, governance, architecture, platforms, data products, and unstructured data.Support the design and implementation of data quality and data readiness assessment frameworks.Define and develop dashboards to monitor data quality and maturity across different entities.Partner with stakeholders across business, data, and technology teams to ensure alignment with global standards and regulatory requirements.Contribute to data quality improvement initiatives and remediation plans.Collaborate with Data Office teams and domain leaders on strategic Customer Data programs.What We’re Looking For 8+ years of experience in Product Ownership, Data Management, Data Analysis, or Customer Data-related roles.Strong understanding of Data Management, Data Quality, Data Governance, and Data Architecture concepts.Experience working with customer data processes such as Master Data Management (MDM) and deduplication.Proven involvement in global Customer 360 initiatives, from scoping and stakeholder engagement to requirements gathering and solution design.Knowledge of Data Product and Data Mesh principles.Understanding of KYC-related processes, compliance requirements, e KYC, and e IDV.Hands-on experience with Power BI.Professional proficiency in English.What Will Make You Successful Ability to bridge the gap between business and technology teams.Strong stakeholder management skills in international environments.Strategic mindset combined with hands-on delivery capabilities.Passion for improving data quality, consistency, and business value through data.#J-*****-Ljbffr
