We’re supporting a global organisation on a major SAP S/4HANA Transformation and are seeking an experiencedValue Stream Lead - Lead to Cash (LTC)to lead the Order-to-Cash/Sales & Distribution workstream across multiple EMEA countries.Location:UK, Netherlands or Spain (EMEA)Travel:Europe **%Type:Full-Time PermanentIn this high-profile transformation role, you’ll play a key role driving business process design and delivery, standardisation, testing, change cutover and post-go-live support as legacy ERP platforms are migrated to SAP S/4HANA. Working closely with Commercial, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Finance, IT and implementation partners and team members, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering a seamless and scalable customer order fulfilment process across the business.Key ResponsibilitiesLead the Lead to Cash (LTC) workstream across multiple EMEA SAP S/4HANA deployment waves.Drive future-state process design, fit-gap analysis and process standardisation across Sales & Distribution.Support business readiness, customisation testing, data validation, cutover and hypercare activities.Work closely with other domains to deliver successful deployments.What We’re Looking For8+ years’ experience in SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Order-to-CashProven experience delivering SAP S/4HANA implementations or migrations, ideally across EMEA and complex multinational organisations.Strong Lead to Cash expertise, including customer master data, order management, pricing, billing, shipping, returns, credit management and integration with Finance and Supply Chain.Experience with process mapping, testing, business readiness, data migration and change management.Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams through influence.This is an excellent opportunity to join a large-scale international SAP S/4HANA transformation programme where you’ll have significant visibility, influence and the opportunity to shape future customer order and fulfilment processes across EMEA.#J-**-Ljbffr
