Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical discipline with 8+ years of relevant experience, or 6+ years with a related Master’s degree. Equivalent experience may be considered.

  • \n Integrate, configure, and validate TFDM capabilities within both physical and virtual integration laboratories. \n

  • \n Execute system integration, verification, and validation activities to ensure the system is properly configured and operating within the Airspace System. \n

  • \n Support formal customer demonstrations, verification events, and customer acceptance testing with FAA stakeholders. \n

  • \n Collaborate with software, systems engineering, networking, and infrastructure teams to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex system-level issues. \n

  • \n Analyze integration and test results, identify root causes, and provide detailed technical documentation supporting issue resolution. \n

  • \n Support deployment and integration activities at FAA operational facilities, including Air Traffic Control Towers (ATCTs). \n

  • \n Execute system interface testing and validate communications across internal and external NAS interfaces. \n

  • \n Coordinate integration activities with FAA personnel and cross-functional Leidos engineering teams. \n

  • \n Develop automated tools, scripts, and AI-assisted solutions that improve testing efficiency, reduce manual effort, and streamline repetitive tasks. \n

  • \n Support remote deployment activities by coordinating with infrastructure, networking, and installation teams. \n

  • \n Learn and maintain a deep understanding of TFDM architecture, system functionality, interfaces, and operational workflows. \n

  • \n Partner with Systems Engineering to develop integration and test strategies for new capabilities and system enhancements. \n

  • \n Integrate services with databases, messaging systems, and external APIs. \n

  • \n Troubleshoot XML messaging, JMS queue configurations, networking issues, IP configurations, and interface connectivity. \n

  • \n Demonstrate system capabilities during formal “run-for-record” events supporting customer acceptance and release readiness. \n

  • \n Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior integration engineers while helping ensure program milestones are successfully achieved. \n

Pay Range:Pay Range $87,100.00 - $157,450.00\n
