Technical Program Manager

• Provide accurate status reporting to the Project Portfolio Manager, Executive Management, Project Stakeholders

• Facilitate backlog grooming sessions, sprint planning sessions, daily scrums, and retrospectives

• Develops and maintains all project documentation required for successful delivery of the project, and for records retention purposes in accordance with the PMO’s best practices and guidelines

• Identifies and actively manages project risk according to impact and probability, escalating when necessary to management

• Establishes and maintains positive, working relationships with peers, team members, project stakeholders, resources, and executive staff

• Knowledgeable of project management tools; MS Visio, MS Project, JIRA, Confluence, and SharePoint

Cross Divisional & E-Trade Integration within Wealth Management Technology is seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager with Agile Scrum experience and extensive experience in software engineering, to join a dynamic team of technology pioneers. You will be leading all aspects of several new products and enhancements from ideation through roll outs in close partnership with product management.

Your software engineering experience, collaborative approach, ability to identify challenges as opportunities teamed with energy and excitement to coach, drive, and facilitate will deliver best in class financial services products to the market.

• Collaborative and coaching approach to helping technology and product teams adapt and mature agile delivery of technology solutions

Areas of Responsibility

• Manages projects using the Agile/Scrum methodology within the Operations and Brokerage space, * 7+ years of Agile/Scrum experience managing small to mid-sized projects

• Bachelor of Science (B.S) Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or MIS

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM)* Project Management Professional (PMI’s PMP) desired but not required
