Job description

We are seeking an experienced AI Security Engineer to lead the design, assessment, and governance of security controls for AI and machine learning systems across the enterprise. This role sits at the intersection of cybersecurity architecture, IAM, and AI/ML technologies, ensuring secure deployment of LLMs, agentic frameworks, and ML pipelines in a regulated environment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years in cybersecurity, with 3+ years in security architecture/engineering
  • Experience designing end-to-end security architectures for cloud-native and hybrid environments
  • Strong knowledge of network security, application security, data protection, and zero-trust

Identity & Access Management (IAM):

  • Hands-on experience with IAM solutions (Entra ID / Azure AD, Okta, Ping, AWS IAM)
  • Deep understanding of OAuth 2.0, OIDC, SAML, SCIM, and token-based flows
  • Experience with service identity, workload identity federation, and privileged access management

AI / ML Security:

  • 1 3 years of experience in AI/ML security, governance, or engineering
  • Understanding of LLM architectures and agentic frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph)
  • Knowledge of AI threats: prompt injection, model inversion, data poisoning, supply chain risks
  • Familiarity with frameworks: NIST AI RMF, OWASP AI Top 10, MITRE ATLAS, EU AI Act

Communication & Leadership:

  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders
  • Experience leading architecture reviews and cross-functional discussions
  • Proven documentation skills (risk assessments, policies, architecture docs), * Experience in regulated industries (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
  • Hands-on with Microsoft Azure & M365 security ecosystem (Entra ID, Defender, Purview, Copilot)
  • Experience with API security for AI platforms (Azure APIM, Kong, Cloudflare)
  • Knowledge of secure MLOps, container security, and model scanning
  • Exposure to Model Context Protocol (MCP) security
  • Certifications: CISSP, CCSP, CISM, Azure Security Engineer, AI certifications

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
