Job description

As a Lead Full-stack Engineer, you will develop and support Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) enterprise fraud applications built on the NICE Actimize platform. The role requires extensive experience with Actimize ActOne, Java, Spring Boot, API development, and enterprise application integration. The engineer provides technical leadership while delivering secure, scalable solutions supporting Huntington’s financial crimes technology platform., * Design, develop, test, debug, document, and maintain enterprise AML/BSA fraud applications.

Develop and customize NICE Actimize ActOne solutions.
Analyze existing systems and recommend enhancements for performance, scalability, integration, and security.
Design and implement enterprise APIs and microservices.
Develop integration strategies and participate in system architecture decisions.
Lead complex application design efforts and prototype new technical solutions.
Provide third-level production support and resolve complex technical issues.
Collaborate with business partners, architects, infrastructure teams, and developers.
Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership across projects.
Participate in application upgrades, migrations, and modernization initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
5+ years of NICE Actimize development experience.
5+ years of full-stack development experience.
Strong Java development skills using:
Spring Boot
Spring Batch
Maven or ANT
JPA/Hibernate
React or Angular
5+ years of API and microservices development.
5+ years of relational database experience., * ActOne customization using ActOne Designer.
Plugin development.
ETL development using Actimize AIS (Actimize Modeler).
Actimize application installation and upgrades.
Experience converting ActOne 6.5/6.6 to ActOne X.
Experience migrating data from external applications into Actimize.
Experience with:
REST APIs
JSON
Swagger
Apigee
Apache FUSE
Kafka
Docker
Kubernetes
Strong SQL development using Oracle, SQL Server, or Snowflake.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience mentoring junior developers and leading technical initiatives.
