Requirements

We’re looking for someone who’s naturally curious, enjoys solving problems, and loves working with both people and data. You likely bring: Around 3-5 years of experience in HR Analytics, People Analytics, Talent, or a similar HR role. Strong Excel and Power BI skills, with the ability to create clear and compelling visualizations. Experience working with HR systems such as Workday. An analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into meaningful stories and recommendations. Excellent communication skills and confidence working with senior stakeholders across different functions and cultures. Great organization skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and confidentiality. Fluency in English. Nice to have Experience supporting global talent programs. Exposure to external reporting.
