evolve, and industrialise a high?impact embedded Linux distribution for a wide range of hardware platforms used across Schneider Electric products worldwide.This is a hands?on technical role that combines low?level Linux expertise, automation, and strong engineering practices.Key ResponsibilitiesArchitect, develop, and maintain Yocto recipes and layers for key open?source componentsIntegrate and validate Board Support Packages (BSPs) across ARM64, ARM32, and x*** platformsStrengthen and scale the CI/CD pipeline to support reliable, industrial?grade deliveriesDesign and maintain automated test infrastructures, including LAVA?based validationCollaborate closely with product, system, architecture, and quality teamsDrive high standards for software quality, security, and long?term maintainabilityQualifications3+ years of experience in Embedded Linux / Yocto developmentProven expertise in Yocto Project, BSP integration, and Linux build systemsSolid understanding of ARM and x86 architecturesStrong hands?on experience with Git/GitHub, Shell scripting, and PythonA strong engineering mindset with a focus on automation and qualityComfort working in an international, Requirements
3+ years of experience in Embedded Linux / Yocto development Proven expertise in Yocto Project, BSP integration, and Linux build systems Solid understanding of ARM and x86 architectures Strong hands?on experience with Git/GitHub, Shell scripting, and Python A strong engineering mindset with a focus on automation and quality Comfort working in an international, multicultural environment Availability to travel to France 1 week per month initially 3 days a week from the office in Barcelona are required
