Relevant Experience: 8+ Years in API Enablement, Integration Support, or Solution EnablementLocation:Barcelona, SpainRole SummaryThe API / Solution Enablement Lead ensures that approved technical designs are understood, adopted, and used correctly by internal and external consumers.This role acts as the primary bridge between solution design and real world consumption.This role does not make architectural decisions and does not own delivery or requirements.Technical Skills:Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and service-oriented architecturesExperience with REST/SOAP APIs and integration patternsAbility to interpret architecture diagrams and technical solution documentsExpertise in creating sequence diagrams and API flow documentation using PlantUMLFamiliarity with API lifecycle management and onboarding processesStrong documentation and technical communication skillsExperience working with distributed/global teamsKnowledge of API gateways, authentication, and integration standards is preferredTranslate approved technical architectures into clear API flows, sequence diagrams, and practical usage examplesDevelop and maintain integration guidance for internal engineering teams and external partnersSupport API onboarding and enablement activities across multiple programs and initiativesAct as the primary point of contact for solution consumers regarding API usage and adoptionSimplify technical understanding and reduce dependency on architects and senior engineers for recurring clarificationsCollaborate with architecture, engineering, and business teams to ensure consistent understanding of integration solutionsCreate reusable enablement artifacts, technical documentation, and knowledge assetsEnsure solution consumers are equipped with accurate implementation guidance and best practicesGood to have / Must to have skills:Must HaveStrong API and integration knowledgeAbility to explain technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholdersStrong stakeholder communication and collaboration skillsExperience supporting API enablement and onboarding activitiesGood to HaveExposure to API gateways and integration platformsExperience working with external partners/vendorsKnowledge of Agile delivery environmentsFamiliarity with cloud-based integration ecosystems and microservices architectureQualification & Certification (If any):Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related fieldCertifications in API Management, Integration Technologies, or Cloud Platforms are an added advantagePlantUML or technical documentation expertise preferred#J-*****-Ljbffr

Requirements
