Job description
We are looking for a motivated and innovative Mid-level Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. As a member of our development team, you will design, create, and implement web-based applications by contributing to high-quality coding that meets project specifications. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 4-7 years of experience who is eager to learn and grow in a collaborative, fast-paced environment., * Collaborate with senior developers to design, develop, test, and debug software applications.
- Interpret project briefs and translate requirements into functional, efficient code.
- Assist in gathering and refining technical requirements with stakeholders.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure high-quality deliverables.
- Write and maintain clear, reliable, and scalable code that meets project objectives.
- Contribute to the development of Java-based applications across multiple tiers.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software defects, ensuring timely delivery of solutions.
- Continuously build skills in the product and technology domains to improve contribution.
- Foster a positive, collaborative work environment that supports team goals.
Requirements
Education and Work Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional experience in software development.
Technical Skills:
- 5 years of work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. The work experience should include supporting Java applications and associated frameworks such as Spring and Spring Boot. Angular is a plus.
- Experience working in an Agile team development environment using Jira or a similar tool
- Experience developing against relational databases (e.g., Oracle, PostgreSQL)
- Experience writing automated unit tests in a tool like JUnit
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira).
- Knowledge of design patterns such as MVC or Facade.
- Experience with test-driven development (TDD) and unit testing frameworks like JUnit.

Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit for extended periods while working at a desk or workstation.
- Prolonged use of a computer and keyboard, including typing and using a mouse.
- Ability to handle light lifting (up to 20-30 lbs), including office supplies, files, or small equipment.
- Frequent use of manual dexterity for tasks such as writing, filing, and operating office equipment (printers, scanners, etc.).
- Ability to walk or stand occasionally to attend meetings, interact with colleagues, or move around the office.
- Clear vision (with or without corrective lenses) for reading documents, viewing computer screens, and performing detailed tasks.
- Ability to maintain focus and attention to detail throughout a full workday.
- Repetitive motions associated with tasks such as typing, using a mouse, and answering phones.
- Ability to bend or stoop to retrieve files or office supplies from cabinets or storage areas.
- Occasional standing, reaching, or walking to attend meetings or use office equipment in different areas of the office.

- Salary Range: $85,000 - $100,000
