Director, IT Business Operations

Experteer Overview In this role you drive financial execution and operational rigor for Global IT, partnering with Finance to develop the Plan of Record and deliver multi-year insights to the CIO. You lead a high-performing team, enable data-driven decisions, and scale business operations across IT and corporate functions. You influence senior leaders, optimize costs, and align funding strategies to enable strategic initiatives. Compensation / Benefits * Lead cross-functional planning and execution across IT segments * Drive cost efficiencies, productivity improvements, and scalable processes * Partner with Finance, HR, Legal, and other functions for governance and alignment * Develop and mentor a high-performing business operations team * Translate financial and operational data into actionable strategies to improve efficiency and cost optimization * Manage Plan of Record (POR) development and multi-year financial insights for CIO * Ensure compliance and strong governance across budgets for capital and expense * Support strategic initiatives by removing constraints and enabling new programs Tasks * Experience influencing senior/executive stakeholders on strategic and operational decisions * Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills; adept at navigating complex org dynamics * Proven ability to work in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with competing priorities * Experience leading cross-functional initiatives and resolving complex business challenges * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with ability to translate data into insights * Advanced proficiency in data analysis (e.g., Excel) and clear communication of complex information * Track record of building and developing high-performing teams including coaching/mentoring * Experience across IT and Finance environments; familiarity with financial planning, budgeting, and headcount processes Key requirements * competitive pay * stock bonuses * health benefits * retirement plans * vacation * hybrid work model
