Job description
What will I be doing? Using your expertise in program/project analysis, you will be providing subject matter expertise for AF-wide Security Cooperation (SC) programs for courseware development, supporting USAF readiness and future operations training. In addition, you will:
- Evaluate and make recommendations on how to improve SC education and training curriculum based on changing and/or emerging strategies and strategic-level guidance
- Provide matter expertise for courseware development for Foreign Area Officer (FAO) education and training updates to include analyzing, developing, and tracking programming plans and milestones
- Serve as a Technical Task Lead or Manager in multiple project tasks, applying a wide spectrum of disciplines for the planning, analysis, design, implementation, and support of assigned tasks
- Develop analytical and computational techniques and methodology for problem solutions
- Perform enterprise-wide strategic systems planning, business information planning, business, and analysis
- Perform process and data modeling in support of the planning and analysis efforts using both manual and automated tools
- As applicable, apply reverse engineering and re-engineering disciplines to develop migration strategic and planning documents
- May perform a quality assurance role
- Identify all task responsibilities and reports any changes or suggestions accordingly to Project/Program Manager
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
What level Clearance do I need? You must possess an active Secret clearance., * Active Secret clearance
- 3 years of Air Force MAJCOM and/or HQ Air Force staff officer experience
- 3 years of experience in military training to include requirements analysis, planning, and resource programming
- Knowledge of USAF Readiness Training and/or USAF Security Cooperation training
