Job description

As a UI/UX Product Designer, you will be responsible for crafting intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning user interfaces for our mobile and web applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams including product management, development, and marketing to translate user needs into exceptional digital experiences that enhance every stage of a traveler’s journey., * Design and deliver wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for mobile and web platforms.

  • Conduct user research to identify pain points, define personas, and understand user behavior.
  • Collaborate with product managers to define user requirements and develop design strategies that align with business goals.
  • Develop user-friendly interfaces that prioritize a seamless user experience, accessibility, and performance.
  • Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI kits to ensure product consistency.
  • Present design concepts to stakeholders and iterate based on feedback and testing.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure proper implementation of your designs and provide feedback during the development process.
  • Continuously test and refine designs through usability testing and gather insights from analytics to optimize the user journey.
  • Stay current on design trends, tools, and techniques to ensure our products remain innovative and forward-thinking.

Requirements

Must-Have:-

  • Experience: 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong
  • portfolio demonstrating a history of designing successful mobile and web products.
  • Design Tools: Expertise in design software such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and other industry-standard tools.
  • User-centered Design: Deep understanding of UX methodologies, user research, and best practices for creating intuitive and accessible interfaces.
  • Prototyping: Experience in creating interactive prototypes for user testing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Visual Design: Strong graphic design skills with a keen eye for typography, color, and layout that enhance the user experience.
  • Collaboration: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, providing clear design direction and feedback.
  • Problem-solving: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex user requirements into simple and elegant design solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred

  • Mobile Focus: Experience designing mobile-first products, with knowledge of responsive design and interaction patterns specific to iOS and Android platforms.
  • Travel Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with designing for travel-related applications or e-commerce platforms.
  • Front-End Knowledge: Basic understanding of front-end development (HTML, CSS, JS) to bridge the gap between design and development.
  • Motion Design: Experience in creating micro-interactions and animations to enhance user experience.
  • Accessibility: Knowledge of WCAG guidelines and accessibility best practices.
