Lead Java Full Stack Developer

8+ years of experience in fullstack engineering and/or product development. Strong hands-on experience building/working large and complex client-facing web applications using JavaScript, React, HTML5, and CSS3. Strong on back-end technologies (Java 8). Experience in using customer data and models to create dynamic content personalization experiences. Knowledge of database management of how user data will be collected and stored within a website or application to develop personalized web experiences. Knowledge and/or working experience working with cloud technologies. AWS preferable Experience with WordPress content management systems. Workflow and process design experience scaling teams with process and technology Understanding of Agile development including daily scrum and weekly iteration reviews and planning. Understanding of Continuous Integration/Deployment/Delivery practices tools and processes. Experience with Quality Automation frameworks. Proven track record of influencing cross-functional teams and a hunger for growth. Ability to work cross-functionally with other departments. Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment. Solid communication and written skills: ability to explain complex technical issues to both technical and non-technical audiences. Passionate and curious about finding opportunity on process improvement. Flexible and agile attitude with ability to adapt quickly and be effective in new situations.
