Job description

We are looking for an experienced Sr. Java J2EE Developer to join a high-performing engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java/J2EE development, Agile methodologies, CI/CD, TDD, Cloud Development, application resiliency, and security best practices. This role involves designing, developing, testing, deploying, maintaining, and continuously improving enterprise-grade applications., * Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance Java/J2EE applications.

Apply software design principles and development best practices to build scalable and maintainable solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily standups, reviews, and retrospectives.
Implement and support Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) pipelines.
Develop high-quality code using Test Driven Development (TDD) methodologies.
Work on cloud-based application development and deployment initiatives.
Ensure application resiliency, performance, scalability, and security standards are met.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

Requirements

10 to 13years of experience
Strong hands-on experience in Java and J2EE application development.
Experience across the complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience working within Agile frameworks.
Hands-on experience with:
Continuous Integration (CI)
Continuous Delivery (CD)
Test Driven Development (TDD)
Cloud Development
Knowledge of application resiliency and application security practices.
Proficiency in one or more general-purpose programming languages.
Strong understanding of software engineering disciplines including:
Business Analysis
Application Development
Testing
Deployment
Maintenance
Continuous Improvement, * Experience with cloud-native technologies and deployment environments.
Strong understanding of secure software development practices.
Experience building highly available and resilient enterprise applications.
