Remote Salesforce Health Cloud Product Manager

This Product Manager will serve as the strategic owner of the Salesforce Health Cloud product vision, roadmap, and business outcomes. On a daily basis, they will partner with business stakeholders to identify opportunities, define objectives, establish OKRs, and prioritize initiatives that deliver measurable value. They will lead product discovery efforts, conduct stakeholder interviews, analyze current-state processes, and define future-state solutions to support organizational goals. The Product Manager will collaborate closely with Architecture, Engineering, UX, Agile Delivery, Product Owners, and Business Analysts to evaluate solution options, align priorities, and guide execution of product initiatives and program epics. They will drive roadmap planning, facilitate cross-functional decision-making, oversee release readiness and business adoption efforts, and continuously monitor product performance to ensure outcomes align with strategic objectives. Acting as the primary liaison between business and technology teams, this individual will champion the product, measure value realization, and adjust product strategy based on customer feedback and business results.

8+ years of experience in Product Management, Product Strategy, Business Analysis, or a related discipline. Proven experience defining product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable business outcomes. Strong experience leading product discovery activities, including stakeholder interviews, research, and current-state assessments. Expertise gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements, user needs, and future-state processes. Experience translating business needs into product features, epics, outcomes, and measurable success criteria. Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams across Business, Architecture, Engineering, UX, and Agile Delivery organizations. Experience developing business cases, evaluating solution options, and driving strategic product decisions. Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and executive communication skills. Experience defining and tracking OKRs, measuring product outcomes, and driving continuous product improvement. Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, and SAFe methodologies. Salesforce Health Cloud experience. Ability to drive roadmap planning, prioritization, and alignment across business and technology teams.

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

Healthcare payer experience, including claims operations, case management, workflow automation, or related healthcare business processes. Experience supporting enterprise digital transformation initiatives. Experience working with large-scale Salesforce implementations and transformations. Strong understanding of process improvement, operational efficiency, and business value realization. Experience partnering with Product Owners and Business Analysts in a scaled Agile environment. Ability to evaluate complex solution alternatives and translate strategy into executable delivery plans.
